I have been reviewing your long range remote control systems. Please provide your guidance as to which product would be best to control one light (100W 120Vac) located in a barn that is approximately 800 ft from the house (control point). Only one channel is needed.
Answer to this question:
We think 1 channel ac remote controller model of 0020394 (S1X-AC220-ANT2+1CB-2) is suitable for you. The remote control distance is 2000m (6000 ft) with external extend antenna. The voltage is about 110V—240V and the maximum working current is 10 amp. It is enough for a 100W light.
Wiring diagram is as follow. Connect wires of 120V power supply to terminals “L” and “N”; connect wires of light to output terminals “L” and “N”.
Setting control mode Latched: Do not connect Jumper-1 and Jumper-2.
Press button 1: Turn on the light.
Press button 2: Turn off the light.
