2 Channel Motorized Remote Controls Skylight and Water Pumps


Question from customer:
I have a project to install 1 linear dc actuator to control my skylight and 2 small water pumps. So I need to control from a remote. Both pumps need a remote switch for either on or off; 1 actuator needs a remote switch to up and down.

Answer:
We recommend you 2 motorized remote receiver (S2U-DC12) and 4 button transmitter (CV-4). 2 receivers are connected to linear actuator and water pumps’ motor respectively. You can use one transmitter to remote control them easily. This kind of remote can control Lights, Motors, Fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars or other appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V.
You can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. The working distance is about 500m.
We have made a presentation to show you how to install and operate.
We prepare the following material.
2×2 channel receiver(S2U-DC12)
1×4-button transmitter(CV-4)

One receiver is connected to the linear actuator, the other is connected to 2 dc motors.
Operation:
We set momentary mode for linear actuator controlling and toggle mode for small motor because they only need to be switched on and off. It won’t generate interference for each other, even though we use the same transmitter to control 2 receivers.
Switch on power.

Press and hold button 1, the linear actuator moves forward(stretch out). Release button, it stops moving.
2S2U-DC12 &CV-4 button 1 stretch
Press and hold button 2, the linear actuator moves backward(draw back). Release button, it stops moving.
2S2U-DC12&CV-4 button 2 withdraw
In a word, press button 1 and button 2 can make the linear actuator to reciprocating movement in a straight line. The skylight can be open or close through its reciprocating movement.
Press button 3, turn on motor 1. Press button 3 again, turn off motor 1.

Long Range Remote Control Water Pump

Question from customer:
I am looking for a long range relay to control a water pump. The water pump now is controlled by a float switch (on/off) at the reservoir 800 meters away. I have 120 volts at both locations and a relay to start pump.
Answer:
We recommend the 2000m rf AC receiver (S1PUA-AC220-ANT2) and the long range transmitter CB-2N. The receiver is soldered with external extended antenna, which can make its transmission distance at 2000m/6000ft theoretically. It works between AC 100~240V voltage. The maximum working current is 30amps. There are 315Mhz or 433Mhz at your option. The transmitter is special designed because its triggered method is connection and disconnection of two wires. When two wires are connected, the transmitter is triggered and then transmits an rf signal “ON”. When two wires are disconnected, the transmitter is triggered and then transmits an rf signal “OFF”.

A, B terminals are normally open; A, C terminals are normally closed. Wire Water pump motor to A terminal and N terminal. Add wire to connect B&L terminals. Supply AC 100~240V power to receiver. Connect two wires of transmitter to relay you mentioned.

Usage:
When two wires of transmitter are connected, the transmitter is triggered and then transmits rf signal “ON”; When the receiver accepts the signal, it will make water pump work.
When two wires of transmitter are disconnected, the transmitter is triggered and then transmits an rf signal “OFF”. When the receiver accepts the signal, it will stop water pump.
