Long Range 2000M DC 12V Remote Control Boat Dock Lights

Question from customer:
I am installing 12v DC lighting on my boat dock. It will operate off a 12v battery with a solar charger. I need a long range on/off remote for the lights. My house is about 400 ft away. I have no AC power at the dock. I was planning on two 12 v lights.

We recommend you 2 one-many-system single channel receivers (S1UB-DC12-ANT2) and the long range remote (CB-2). The DC power activated remote is so favorable to you since you have a 12V battery with solar charger. The one-many-system means that you can use one transmitter control more than two receivers. There is no interference between two receivers because they are powered by different adaptors. With external extended antenna, working distance of remote controller extends 1500m, up to 2000m without any obstacles in the open field. So it is believed that the signal can be transmitted from your house to the dock successfully.

1 Channel DC 12V Wireless Remote Control Modem On and Off

Question from customer:
I want to use your system to remote control turn on / off the power of the modem. I go from my office on the third floor of our home to the basement in order to turn off and disconnect the power to the modem. Then after a few minutes I reverse the process and reestablish the power to the modem and turn the modem on. The modem is power by an AC Adaptor (INPUT = 120-240V OUTPUT = 12V ).

As for your modem is powered by ac power, so you should connect the output of your AC Adaptor (12V) to two terminals + and - of this receiver, then connect two terminals A and B to your modem, then you can use our remote CB-2 to turn on / off the power of the modem.

4 Channel DC12V Multi-mode Remote Controller Practical Operation

Through learning or deleting code from transmitter to receiver, we can shift working mode easily. Different mode is applied for different controlling. Toggle mode is used for controlling lamp, doors, locks…Momentary is used for controlling rolling blind, shutter, rolling door…As regards the latched mode, it is motivated by relay group. Latched mode is available for long distance controlling (no line of sight, lots of trees or other obstacles in-between). And there is mixed mode of toggle+momentary. A relay group is toggle mode, the other relay group is momentary mode.

Here, we’d like to introduce the procedure of 4 working modes’ practical operations (4 Channel 12V multi-mode remote control).
Toggle mode: Connect jumper to CN2, set toggle control mode.

Press any buttons to control corresponding lamp on and off.
Press button 1, turn on lamp 1.
S4C-DC12&C-4-T mode button 1 on
Press button 1 again, turn off lamp 1.
S4C-DC12&C-4 -T mode button 1 off
Momentary mode: Connect jumper to CN1, set momentary control mode.

Press any buttons to control corresponding lamps on and off. Such as: Press and hold button 2, turn on lamp 2; release button 2, turn off lamp 2.
Press and hold button 3, turn on lamp 3; release button 3, turn off lamp 3.

Latched mode: No jumper connect, set latched control mode.

Press any buttons to control corresponding lamps on and off. Such as: Press button 1, turn on lamp 1. Other lamps are off.
